We had selected two groups<br /><ol><li>Group of Herpes Genitalis with Acyclovir therapy alone</li><li>Group of Herpes Genitalis with Acyclovir and Canova Drops</li></ol><br /><ul><li>both groups were having 12 patients each</li><li>all patients were male with age group 26 yrs-45 yrs</li><li>all were followed for 6 months<br /></li><li>all were tested Serum IG M positive for HSV</li><li>All were HIV negative</li><li>All were non-Diabetics</li></ul>Results were analysed and found following<br /><br /><ol><li><span style="font-style: italic;">Patients with Acyclovir only shown relapse in 8 patients and were in constant need of acyclovir therapy again</span></li><li><span style="font-style: italic;">Group 2 patients only 2 patients showed relapse and were found more reassured</span></li><li><span style="font-style: italic;">At the end of 6 month follow Up no other adverse effects were noted in any of groups</span></li><li><span style="font-style: italic;">No further follow ups were done</span></li></ol><span style="color: rgb(204, 0, 0);"><span style="font-style: italic;"><span style="font-weight: bold;">Comments<br /><br />This was a Primary study for this novel immune modulator at our institute<br />The Idea of publishing this Blog is to know from Other medical Colleagues or Patients regarding CANOVA - if they have studied it or has consumed it.It is widely available at USA, South Africa, India , Botswana, Germany at present<br /><br />Kindly comment<br /><br /></span></span></span></div></div><div class="blogger-post-footer"><img width='1' height='1' src='https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/tracker/4558961434520244009-7493060164812681733?l=immunemodulator.blogspot.com' alt='' /></div>Rajesh M.
